We have two rooms available for rent for birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, meetings, and any other special celebration. You also have the option to add a tour for your party guests at exceptionally discounted rates! Our facility is fully handicapped accessible! Our facility could also be the perfect setting for your regular recurring events! We currently work with several local groups, organizations, and churches to host weekly, monthly, or even yearly events for them!

 

FLAT ROOM RATES (ROOM ONLY):

SMALL ROOM —— $100.00 —— HOLDS 30-40 PEOPLE MAX
LARGE ROOM —— $200.00 —— HOLDS UP TO 80 PEOPLE

 

ROOM PLUS RATE:

SMALL ROOM —— $175.00
-This includes Museum admission for up to 40 guests ($400.00 MAX VALUE).
LARGE ROOM —— $300.00
-This includes Museum admission for up to 80 guests ($800.00 MAX VALUE).

 

ROOM PLUS THEME RATE:

TRAIN THEME —— $200.00 (SMALL ROOM) —— $325.00 (LARGE ROOM)
-Includes Museum admission for all of your guests.
-Includes a separate GEOTRAX layout set-up for your exclusive use during your event.
SLOT CAR THEME —— $225.00 (SMALL ROOM) —— $350.00 (LARGE ROOM)
*Ages 8+ ONLY
-Includes Museum admission for all of your guests.
-Includes a separate 1/43 scale SLOT CAR layout set-up for your exclusive use.

 

SLOT CAR EVENT RATE: —— $350.00 (LARGE ROOM ONLY):

*Ages 12+ ONLY
-Only available in the LARGE ROOM and can facilitate up to 20 racers.
-This is a special race experience at a fun and challenging level.
-A RACE COORDINATOR is provided.
-Uses Digital 1/24 or 1/32 scale racing (dependent on racers ages and group size).
-Racers will be given 30 minutes to learn the course and to practice driving.
-All racers are guaranteed a minimum of 2 racing heats (1 preliminary and 1 final).

TIME SLOTS:

-We offer time frames of either 9:00am-12:00pm -or- 1:00pm-4:00pm.
-This includes all set-up and clean-up (which you are responsible for).
-If you wish to book both time slots for one day there is a fee based on room size ($75.00 for the SMALL ROOM -or- $150.00 for the LARGE ROOM) and that must be paid AT THE TIME OF BOOKING and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
-All events must be completed by 4:00pm.
