Types of Memberships All membership prices include tax. They are also available on our shop page to purchase.
Individual — $45.00 (Renewal rate - $40) This pass includes ONLY the individual named and any children under the age of 3.
Family — $100.00 (Renewal rate - $90) This pass includes ONLY the two adults listed and children under the age of 18 in the household. Children must be listed on the membership application.
Grandparents — $100.00 (Renewal rate - $90) This pass includes ONLY the adults listed and up to 5 grandchildren under the age of 18. Grandchildren must be listed on your membership application.
Additional Options
Plus — $30.00 The addition of a PLUS to your membership will give you five one-time use passes to be used for any guests
Add-on — $35.00 The addition of an ADD-ON to your membership will add one person over the age of 3.
Room Rentals
Room and Admission — $275 — This includes Museum admission for up to 40 guests ($600 value)
A Deposit of 50% is required upon booking to guarantee the date of your event. This ensures the booking date. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment is due in full before you are permitted to decorate the room.
Time frame is from 9am-4pm. This includes all set-up and clean-up (which you are responsible for). No one may arrive before 9am and all guests and clean up must be completed before 4pm.
Group Tours
We offer a large indoor space that can accommodate the attention of everyone in your group from ages 1 thru 101!
We offer special pricing for groups of 10 or more visitors.
Our facility is handicap accessible and offers plenty of hands-on interaction to play with.
We are a recommended stop for every bus group to Wheeling, WV. This visit will have your entire group reliving their childhoods and reminiscing about holidays and birthdays past when the greatest gift was a toy!
We offer discounted rates for groups consisting of 10 or more visitors.
School Group
$5.00 per child (Guided Museum Tour w/ time to play afterwards)
* There is a $60.00 minimum for all Educational Programs*
$6.00 per adult (You will receive one complimentary adult admission for every ten paying students)
Special Needs Group
$4.50 per Adult or Child
Scout Groups
$5.00 per scout (Museum visit [the museum satisfies the requirement for the badge])
$7.50 per adult
Bus Groups
$5.00 per child
$11.25 per adult (10-24 visitors [25% discount!]) *Driver Free

Should you wish to have lunch on site we have spaces available for that (with refrigeration available ONLY)

Caboose rentals
Rent a real B&O caboose. Rental includes the caboose, access to the museum during opening hours, and an interactive room in the museum that has one of the largest train libraries in the country, full bath, and child play area.
The cost is $300 a night. Sleeps up to 4 people.
